What kinds of guarantee do I get about the work?

We give you a one-month of warranty after the final delivery for all bug-fixing, etc. After the warranty period, we sign a separate monthly or quarterly support/maintenance contract with you, so that you continue to get ongoing support.

What is the difference between proposal and an estimate?

An estimate is designed to give you a rough idea of what the project will cost. A proposal shows you project profile, system specification, context level diagram of the system, design and coding methodology, deliverable and schedule of the project.

How long does it take to get a developer started on my work once we pay charges?

Once the payment is made it will take approx. 3-5 days of lead time to schedule the start date.
